Anatoly Evienvich Karpov, em russo: Анато́лий Евге́ньевич Ка́рпов, (nascido em maio de 1951 na Rússia), é um dos melhores enxadristas de todos os tempos. Foi campeão mundial de xadrez de 1975 a 1985 e de 1993 a 1999, totalizando 16 anos com o título mundial e tornando-se o campeão mundial que mais partidas realizou em disputa direta pelo título ou em sua defesa.

Em 1988, Karpov foi campeão mundial de "xadrez rápido".

Anatoly Evienvich Karpov, russian: Анато́лий Евге́ньевич Ка́рпов, (born May 23, 1951 in Russia), (born May 1951), is one of the best chess players of all time. He was World Chess Champion from 1975 to 1985 and from 1993 to 1999, totaling 16 years with the world title and becoming the world champion that more matches realized in direct dispute for the title or in its defense.

In 1988, Karpov was the "Blitz Chess" World Champion .
